SCOPE

WOODPRO POLYURETHANE 2K HARDENER is a high quality Isocyanate based Hardener for curing of 2 Pack PU based, PU Topcoats and 2-Pack PU Clear coats which provides an excellent wet look appearance. It gives a very high quality smooth, glossy, hard and durable finish when used with 2-Pack. if you want extra Protection for surfaces use our Chlorinated Rubber Base Paint.

Application & Usage Guidance

1. Mixing Ratio

Follow Berger’s recommended ratios for each specific product. Typical ratios:

• PU Clear / Matt: Usually 2:1 (Coating : Hardener)

• PU Sealer: May vary depending on viscosity

Always mix only the required quantity, as activated material has limited pot life.

2. Mixing Procedure

1. Stir the PU base thoroughly.

2. Add the hardener slowly while mixing.

3. Allow the mixture to settle for a few minutes.

4. Adjust viscosity using Berger Advance 2K PU Thinner if required.

3. Application Method

Suitable for:

• Spray gun (recommended)

• Professional PU rollers

• High-quality brushes

4. Pot Life

Once mixed, the PU and hardener remain workable for a limited time. Discard the mixture if it becomes too thick or loses smooth flow properties.

5. Drying & Curing Conditions

• Avoid dust contamination during drying.

6. Safety Precautions

• Wear gloves and mask

• Avoid skin or eye contact

• Store in a cool place
