Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale.
  • Products that have been customized or mixed to a specific color.
  • Products that have been opened or used.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
