Coatings That Protect Your Assets
In an industrial facility, paint is a protective layer. Unprotected steel rusts quickly in Karachi's humid, salty air, and concrete floors and walls break down under forklifts, chemicals, oil and constant cleaning. Repairing or replacing that damage costs far more than coating it properly in the first place.
Paint Point provides complete industrial painting — from surface preparation and rust removal to multi-coat anti-corrosive systems, heat-resistant coatings, epoxy floors and safety colour coding. We select the coating system for your actual conditions: indoor or outdoor exposure, chemicals, temperature, traffic and how long you need it to last.
Because we also supply industrial paints from leading brands, you get the right product, at the right specification, from one partner who handles both supply and application.
Industrial Surfaces We Cover
From steel sheds to process plants — complete coating work under one contract.
Steel Structures & Sheds
Beams, columns, trusses, roof sheds and mezzanines protected against rust.
Tanks & Pipelines
External and internal coatings for water, oil and chemical tanks and pipe racks.
Machinery & Equipment
Durable enamel and epoxy finishes for machines, frames, panels and guards.
Factory Walls & Ceilings
Washable, chemical and fungus resistant coatings for production halls.
Epoxy & Anti-Slip Floors
Seamless, dust-free floors for production areas, warehouses and clean rooms.
Heat Resistant Surfaces
High-temperature coatings for boilers, chimneys, exhausts and hot pipelines.
Safety Marking & Colour Coding
Walkways, hazard stripes, forklift lanes and pipe colour coding.
Roof Sheets & Cladding
Coating and heat-reflective treatment for metal roofs and wall cladding.
Industrial Coating Systems We Apply
Every system is chosen for the surface, environment and service life you need.
Zinc-Rich Epoxy Primer
A high-performance primer that gives steel strong corrosion protection — the base of most heavy-duty systems.
Epoxy Intermediate & MIO
High-build epoxy coats that add film thickness and a strong barrier against moisture and chemicals.
Polyurethane Topcoat
A tough, glossy finish that resists UV, weathering and fading — ideal for outdoor steel.
Industrial Enamel
An economical, durable finish for machinery, railings, frames and light-duty steel.
Heat Resistant Coatings
Silicone and aluminium based paints that withstand high temperatures without peeling.
Epoxy Floor Coatings
Self-levelling and roller-applied epoxy floors from Floorvyn for heavy traffic areas.
How We Execute Industrial Projects
Planned, documented and scheduled around your operations.
Site Survey
We inspect surfaces, corrosion level, exposure and access, and measure the work area.
Coating Specification
You get a recommended coating system, number of coats, timeline and quotation.
Work Planning
Work is scheduled around production, shifts or shutdowns, with safety measures in place.
Surface Preparation
Rust, loose scale, grease and old coatings are removed with hand and power tools, then the surface is degreased.
Primer Application
Anti-corrosive primer is applied quickly after cleaning to lock out moisture.
Intermediate & Topcoat
Build coats and the final topcoat are applied to the specified thickness.
Inspection & Handover
Finished work is inspected, touch-ups done and the area handed back clean.
What Affects the Cost of Industrial Painting?
Industrial projects are priced on scope and specification, not a fixed rate. After a free site survey, your quotation is based on:
- Surface area & type — steel, concrete, metal sheets or machinery
- Corrosion level — light rust, heavy scale or failing old coating
- Preparation needed — rust removal, grinding, degreasing and repair work
- Coating system — enamel, epoxy, polyurethane or heat resistant
- Access & height — scaffolding, lifts or confined spaces
- Work schedule — normal hours, night shifts or shutdown windows

Industrial Painting Questions
Can you paint while our factory is running?
Yes. Most industrial jobs are planned around production. We work section by section, during weekends, night shifts or planned shutdowns, and use fast-curing coatings where downtime has to be kept to a minimum.
What coating system is best for steel structures?
For most indoor and outdoor steel in Karachi, a three-coat system works best: a zinc-rich or epoxy primer for corrosion protection, an epoxy intermediate coat for build, and a polyurethane topcoat for UV and colour retention. For coastal or chemical exposure, we increase the film thickness or choose a higher-grade system.
How long does industrial coating last?
It depends on the environment and the coating system. A properly applied epoxy and polyurethane system on well-prepared steel can typically protect for many years before major maintenance is needed, while a basic enamel may need repainting much sooner. We recommend a system based on your exposure and maintenance budget.
Do you remove rust before painting?
Yes. Surface preparation is the most important step. We remove rust, loose scale and old failing paint with wire brushes, grinders and other power tools, degrease the surface, and apply primer as soon as possible so new rust cannot form.
Do you provide coatings for food and pharmaceutical units?
Yes. We supply and apply hygienic, easy-to-clean wall and floor coatings for food, beverage and pharmaceutical facilities. Product selection depends on your process, cleaning chemicals and temperature, so we recommend the system after a site survey.
Can you also do epoxy flooring and safety markings?
Yes. Along with walls and steelwork, we apply Floorvyn epoxy floor coatings, anti-slip coatings, walkway lines, parking bays and road and safety markings — so the whole facility can be completed by one team.
